Founded in 1904, Gloucester Old Boys is one of the oldest and most prestigious clubs in Gloucestershire. The club has provided many talented and well known local players to both county and country.

The First XV have secured their place in the High Bridge Jewellers Gloucester Premier League for the 2008/09 season and the Second XV will be playing their rugby in the GRFU Merit Table in division two.

The stage is set for another thrilling season.

We are looking to strengthen our squads for the upcoming season and any new players of any age and ability are urged to come and train on a Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.45pm. In return you will be rewarded with great coaching, playing a good standard of rugby and be part of an excellent club and its great atmosphere.

With the formation of a youth section, which grows in strength week by week, the foundations are being firmly laid to providing Gloucester Old Boys with its next generation of youth and talent. The 2008/09 season will see the club strive to field a Colts team and to continue to build on the successes of the 2007/08 season. Any new players are welcome.
